Systemic Practitioner

Paul is a Psychodynamically trained psychotherapeutic counsellor, who has had many years therapeutic 

experience working with adults and young people living with mental health issues. Paul is additionally qualified as a Systemic Practitioner. and has experience in working with couples and families who are experiencing difficulties.

He has worked with people from a wide variety of

backgrounds and contexts who present with an array of different problems and difficulties.

He is particularly interested in working with people experiencing addiction, and has worked extensively in the substance misuse arenas as a therapist.

Paul tends to work within a '12 session model', or within an open ended model, but all decisions surrounding the duration of sessions

 will be agreed with the client at the assessment session. 

Long term therapy is also available.

Face to face sessions are held in Worthing, West Sussex and in Haywards Heath, Mid Sussex as well as online.

Sessions are 50 minutes long.

£50 per 50 min webcam session
