Counselling and Psychotherapy
Sarah Harris is a psychodynamically trained psychotherapist, who has had many years
experience working with adults and young people living with mental health issues, as both a
teacher and ambulance personnel in London, and later as a therapist.
She has worked with people from a wide variety of
backgrounds and contexts who present with an array of different problems and difficulties.
Sarah also specialises in working with clients who struggle with Borderline Personality Disorder/
Emotional Intensity (aka BPD, EUPD, EID), CPTSD, health anxiety and attachment difficulties.
Sarah tends to work within a '12 session model', or within an open ended model, but all decisions surrounding the duration of sessions
will be agreed with the client at the assessment session.
Long term therapy is also available.
Face to face sessions are held in Worthing, West Sussex and in Haywards Heath, Mid Sussex.
Sessions are 50 minutes long.
